About

Some of the people visiting this blog know me in real life. For this reason, I am monitoring all comments. This means I view a comment and approve or delete it before it goes public on the web. If you are a patient (or former patient) of mine and you comment with your real name or identifying details, I will delete your post to protect your privacy. Feel free to post again anonymously. 🙂

I became a Christ follower during the days of the old Jesus Movement in southern California in the 1970s. We were called “Jesus Freaks” back then. I worked as a mainframe computer programmer for 20 years, then I became a psychologist. In my free time I indulge in fiber arts, alternative Christian music, science fiction (books, movies and TV) and yummy food with my dear husband.

And, finally a disclaimer: The opinions or assertions contained herein are the private views of the author, and are not to be construed as official, or as reflecting the true views of any of my past, present or future employers, organizations or government entities.

There, that should cover everybody. 🙂
